AlbeTech Solution provides software development, web design, process automation, and AI solutions services.

Specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in separate project agreements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with prior notice.

Availability of certain services may be subject to geographic or technical limitations.

Payment terms will be specified in the individual project agreement or proposal.

We typically require an initial deposit before beginning work on a project.

Late payments may result in work suspension until the balance is settled.

All fees are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis based on the scope of work completed.

All code, designs, and materials created during a project become the client's property upon full payment completion.

AlbeTech Solution retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party frameworks, libraries, and tools used in projects are subject to their respective licenses.

Client warrants that all materials provided for the project do not infringe on third-party rights.

AlbeTech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Client is responsible for maintaining backups of all project data and materials.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tampa, Florida.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
